Hey guys I’m a regular handy gifted Ukrainian man who lives in Central Austin doing all sorts of home maintenance labors focused on mounting stuff on the wall.
Only over the past year I have mounted over 200 TVs and probably double of misc things like curtains, shelves, mirrors etc through gig apps. Those apps were very bad for my brain and not as good for my wallet. They also charge clients junk fees that add up to a double price even though it says someone will mount your TV for 55 dollars pre-tax spending 2 hours including travel time.

How do we do it?
Usually I come over, you show me what do you have, we do the markings, then I measure and do my work.
Then you send me the money and I send you an invoice.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Due to the human nature clients usually cancel sometimes even last minute that’s why I, as any other professional, would ask you to pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 which will be included as a part of your total payment.
Do you clean up?
Yes, I have a vacuum.
Do I have a right mount?
Hopefully, it depends on your TV, wall and how would you want to position it.
My general recommendation – If you’re about to buy yourself a mount and you don’t know which one – get one that says ‘for 24″ studs’. This usually gives more room to make sure that I can get your TV to the exact point where you want it to be.
